Backtrack is a checklist for the things you do again and again. Build it once, work through it step by step, then pull it back to the start with a wash of light.

Give a checklist a reminder: once on a date, every day, or every week on the day you choose.

A running checklist stays in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen until its last step is checked. Widgets keep a checklist and its progress on the Home Screen and the Lock Screen.

Pull up, and begin again.

Pull up from the foot of a checklist and a wash of light passes over it, leaving every step clear behind it. Reset a finished checklist for next time, or set a run aside halfway and start clean.
